1. Scope
This English version is provided for convenience. If there is any inconsistency, the Vietnamese version prevails.
These Terms apply when you visit omeet.vn, join an OMeet class or use the Console, API or Sandbox provided by OWS Vietnam Joint Stock Company.
If your organization has a contract or order form with OWS, that agreement prevails to the extent it differs from these Terms.
2. Accounts and Workspaces
Workspace administrators are responsible for granting and revoking access and for managing users within their organization.
You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and must notify OWS promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. Joining a class
You join a class through a link provided by the organizing entity. Do not share a class link with anyone who has not been invited.
When you turn on your camera or microphone or share your screen, other people in the class can see your display name, image and shared content and can hear your audio.
You must follow the organizing entity's class rules and the teacher's instructions.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Record audio or video or capture class screens for distribution without permission from the organizing entity and the people concerned.
- Live stream a class without the necessary rights to the content or the consent of people appearing in the stream.
- Upload or share unlawful content or content that infringes another person's lawful rights or interests.
- Gain unauthorized access to, scan, interfere with or circumvent OMeet security measures.
- Use OMeet to send spam, commit fraud or distribute malware.
- Place unnecessary sensitive personal data in a class.
5. Content and intellectual property
Organizations and users retain their rights in lessons, materials and content submitted to OMeet. They authorize OWS to store, transmit and display that content to the extent necessary to provide the service.
OWS retains its rights in the OMeet software, interface, documentation and brand.

6. API and Sandbox
- Keep API keys confidential. Do not include a key in public source code or browser-side code.
- Follow the API documentation and rate limits.
- Use the Sandbox only for testing and do not use real personal data in it.
- OWS will provide at least 30 days' notice of a backward-incompatible API change.
7. Service fees
Service fees are set out in the quotation or contract. Prices shown on the website are for reference only.
8. Availability and maintenance
OWS seeks to maintain a stable service and to give advance notice of scheduled maintenance. Any service-level commitment is set out in the applicable contract.
9. Suspension and termination
OWS may suspend access following a breach of these Terms, when necessary to protect system security or when required by a competent state authority. Termination of an organization's service is governed by its contract; data is handled under the Data Processing Agreement.
10. Limitation of liability
OWS is not responsible for content uploaded by users or for incidents caused by a user's device or network connection. OWS's total aggregate liability is limited to [confirmation required: liability cap].
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. The parties will first seek to resolve a dispute through negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be resolved by [confirmation required: dispute forum].
