When contacting us, include your phone model, app version and the step where the problem occurs. Do not send class passwords or personal invitation links.

Join your class
Enter the six-digit room code
Open OMeet and enter all six digits supplied by your organizer, including any leading zero. Enter or check your display name before joining.
Enter a password only when requested
The password field appears only for password-protected rooms. If the class requires approval, wait for the organizer to admit you. Contact your organizer if your code, password or admission permission is no longer valid.
Use an invitation
Open the invitation link sent by your organizer. If your device offers to open it in OMeet, select the app. If it opens in a browser, you can join there or enter the room code in the app. A personal invitation is intended only for its recipient.
Check your microphone and camera
Allow microphone or camera access when you want to use them, then turn them on in the class. If you previously denied access, open your phone's Settings, select OMeet and check its permissions. Speaking and sharing permissions also depend on your organizer's class settings.
